Dr. Wade Larson is an author, international speaker, career coach, consultant, and workforce builder.

He works with employers, education, agencies, and government in his workforce role for Wagstaff, Inc., a global manufacturing firm in Washington State. As a consultant, he collaborates with employers to build a network to strengthen the community. He uses his 3 decades in leadership and HR as a faculty for the past 25 years to help develop MBA and undergrad students.

Today he is on a personal mission to help organizations overcome mediocrity and assist their employees to do more, become more and achieve more.
