With over 15 years of experience in education, training, and organizational development, Adam Hickman, PhD, is a visionary leader and innovator who delivers growth and profit through innovations in technology, customer experience, leadership development, and networking. He is currently the Vice President of Learning, Organizational, and Cast Development at Partners Federal Credit Union, an Affiliate of the Walt Disney Company, where he champions complex projects in research and development that uncover the need for continuing education and training throughout the organization.
Adam holds a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Leadership. He is a certified strengths coach, a TalentSmart certified instructor, and a Breakthrough Leadership Program graduate. He is also an international keynote speaker, an executive coach, a board member, and an executive editorial board member. Dr. Hickman leverages his expertise and credentials to build strong teams and foster the career development of top talent through coaching, training, and mentorship. He incorporates innovative technology into diverse learning initiatives that promote business growth and creative thinking. His mission is to create policies and strategies that improve the engagement, performance, and well-being of remote workers who may experience workplace isolation, and to share his insights and best practices with the global learning and development community.
