Amanda Dunnuck is the Global Director of Succession, Assessment, and Performance at Carrier, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies to build strong leadership pipelines, enable high-impact talent assessment, and drive performance excellence. In this role, she partners with senior executives and HR leaders globally to ensure the right talent is in place to deliver on Carrier’s business strategy and long-term vision.
With over 20 years of experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, Amanda brings deep expertise from previous leadership roles at Philips, where she served as Global Director of Talent Management for North America and Enterprise Informatics, as well as at major pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi and Merck. She is passionate about unlocking the full potential of individuals and organizations through data-informed, future-focused talent practices.
