As Assistant Vice President of Talent Management and Organizational Performance at St. Elizabeth Physicians, she leads initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance employee engagement, and build leadership capability across the organization.
Previously, Amanda directed Organizational Effectiveness, Quality Transformation, and Process Improvement, leading enterprise-wide innovation and efficiency efforts. Earlier in her career at Toyota and Ryder, she gained extensive expertise in supply chain optimization, project management, and operational strategy.
