Previously, Eli led people analytics efforts at Epic Games and Fidelity Investments, where he developed the data infrastructure and governance, enterprise-level dashboards, and self-service insights for leadership and people managers. Eli brings deep technical expertise in tools like Workday, Greenhouse, SAS, and Tableau, along with a passion for turning complex workforce data into actionable strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
