I started my career as a public school educator, where I quickly learned that true impact comes from seeing each learner as unique. Shifting the focus from tasks to individual success changed not only the way I taught but also the way my students learned. That mindset became the foundation of my approach as I transitioned into corporate learning, where I asked: How can we create engaging, efficient learning experiences that empower individuals and drive business success?
I put this philosophy into action at Westgate Resorts, leading a dynamic Learning & Development team focused on Training Delivery, Training Development, People Analytics, and Engagement. Our mission was to design innovative learning solutions that supported leadership development, competency modeling, and succession planning—ensuring employees had the tools to grow and thrive.
Now, at Marriott International, I oversee the design and development of in-person and digital learning experiences for associates around the world. My focus is on delivering scalable, engaging, and impactful learning solutions that enhance individual performance and drive organizational success.
