As Chief Human Resources Officer at Toshiba Americas, Jason oversees the human capital strategy across Toshiba’s facilities in the region. Previously, Jason was CHRO at Horizon Global, where he led HR strategies for 67 facilities across 21 countries, driving integration, cost optimization, and talent management.
