Diana has over 15 years of progressive HR experience, and over 7 years experience as an accomplished People & Culture executive. She is currently working at ABC Recycling where she drives the strategic direction of all Human Resources functions for the company in both Canada and the United States. As the Vice President of People & Culture, she is responsible for working with key stakeholders to plan and implement strategies in areas such as organizational design, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development, in order to ensure the alignment of HR strategies with the overarching business goals.
Prior to this role, Diana has gained extensive HR experience in a variety of human resources and business functions including: strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, HR technology analytics and implementations, talent acquisition and recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and more.
Diana has her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (and SHRM) with a Degree in Psychology, a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Masters in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University.
