Christine is an experienced HR and workforce analytics professional with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and organizational development. As Program Director of Workforce Analytics at UW Health, she leads data-driven initiatives that support strategic workforce planning and talent optimization.
Previously, she served as an HR Business Partner, where she launched a Qlik Sense analytics dashboard and led the HR transition for an enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud implementation. Christine’s background spans roles in operations, policy, and talent management, with a strong focus on integrating data into HR decision-making.
She has also contributed to nonprofit leadership as a board member and committee chair, underscoring her commitment to both organizational and community impact.
Christine is known for aligning analytics with strategy to drive meaningful outcomes in employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
