Responsible Business Initiative for Justice

https://www.rbij.org/
The Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ) is an award-winning international nonprofit that partners with companies to champion solutions that promote public safety, deliver justice, and strengthen communities. Founded in 2018 by a diverse coalition of legal experts, business leaders, and policymakers, today RBIJ works with a network of 600+ businesses, including some of the world's most recognized brands. Together, we advance critical policy reforms, create employment opportunities for those impacted by the justice system, and boldly drive the message that that justice reform is not only a moral imperative — it's good for business. Learn more at rbij.org where you can read about our upcoming Workforce & Justice Summit, Seattle, WA - May 2025 and our Workforce & Justice Alliance - a community of businesses committed to using their platforms, networks, and leverage to advance systemic change in the justice system, to share best practices with their peers, and to increase the number of companies taking steps to remove workforce barriers for justice-impacted individuals.
