Allie Temkin is a nonprofit manager turned HR professional with a strong passion for helping people thrive in their careers. With a background in talent acquisition and learning and development, Allie specializes in recruiting top talent, developing professional growth opportunities, and building high-performing teams. She is currently the Director of Global Talent Management at Livingston International, where she leads efforts in all things leadership development. Prior to her role at Livingston, Allie gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management at Common Threads, overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee training initiatives. Allie is dedicated to creating positive employee experiences and creating a company culture where everyone can bring their full selves to work.
