There is a new reality to recruitment. What was once a basic newsprint job ad has changed, the internet happened and social media networks broke in, the world has become a city. Recruitment is now more strategic, audacious, and more influential than ever before. We evolved into Talent Attraction Managers, Talent Consultants, and Sourcing Gurus. The list goes on.
This new reality required us to be faster, brighter and more strategic. We became agile, and intellectually curious. We take calculated risks and we inspire innovation. Ultimately, we developed expertise in numerous fields.
As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, I help candidates navigate through their careers and assist companies drive their business strategy forward by attracting the best and the brightest talent.
