Kristin Leicht is a Senior European HR Manager and since 2008 with Olympus at its headquater in Hamburg. She manages HR controlling processes for entire Europe and acts as link to the company headquater in Tokyo. After graduating with her studies in Business Administration in Stralsund, she joined IBM Credit banking and analysed financing structures and credit ratings for business clients. She then changed to IBM Germany to take over international Accounting tasks as Financial Analyst mainly focusing on south european assets. At Olympus, Kristin Leicht was heading the European implementation project for a common recruiting system including system roll-outs and the definition of all required interfaces. Today her main tasks with Olympus are the optimisation of HR IT architecture, especially focusing on European HR core data and supporting recruiting processes.
