In today’s dynamic environment, developing effective leaders means going beyond technical skills to include values-driven behaviors and core competencies. This session explores how HR can partner with managers to integrate performance expectations with leadership development, enabling a culture of growth, coaching, and aligned leadership at all levels.
In this presentation, you will learn:
I like to tell people that my job is to help others succeed. My mission is to create an employee experience that makes people excited to go to work every day, by creating processes that support development, offering opportunities to grow and learn, and encouraging a culture of learning and communication at every level of the organization.
Over the years I've worked in Educational Publishing, Financial Services, and Non-Profit institutions, and at every organization my work centered on fostering an environment that embraced learning and improved workplace engagement. I've leveraged my background in technology and technical writing to improve organizations’ use of HRIS and CRM systems, and designed easy and meaningful performance management processes.
I'm a proud native of Chicago, still live in the city, and try to connect everything I do to leaving things better than I found them.
